do you have the bolt that the covers snap into? (round heads)

Are you talking about the rubber pieces that snap onto the top of the posts? If so yes the rubber pieces and clips are all on ther in place.

They attach just like the stock frc's do using aluminum brackets and GM rubber grommets. They fit perfectly and look proffessional.
