OK all I am selling my T-56 that just got liberty pro-shifted with only 800 miles on it. I originaly did this to keep the car on the street. But now I am going TH400 and a big stall since I bought a daily driver.
It cost me $764.45+ shipping to them. I have the receipt. I works awesome only ran it a the track once. It is very smooth. If you want any info on it you can call Liberty directly at (313)278-4040.
I am looking for $1100+shipping(around $100). O.B.O.
My email is transam98ramair@aol.com or IM me if you like. I may be slow on PM's just so you know.

Well since you don't shift to 1st it's 2nd, 3rd, and 4th are pro shifted(5th and 6th are syncronized) and the gears are not cut they remove the syncros and put proshift rings in their place. But call Liberty for more info.

Well, did you email me? If so I emailed back. I am interested let me know about the transmission like what it has done options. Does it have stock first gear (2.48)? What power level is it built for? I have a twin disk clutch setup. Are you trying to make a complete trade? Let me know all of what you have.
Sorry if some of that didn't make sense. I am very tired. But I want my toy on the track with an auto before it get's cool. So I wanted to respond tonight.

I would be very interested in the whole thing, as I am looking at a rx7 swap. I would want the flywheel, clutch, hydro line, slave, shifter, etc... I dont need the pedal rack.
Could you do all of that for $1200? How streetable is the tranny without the syncros? I really dont know a lot about transmissions (cept how to drive em) and a little info would be great!
Thanks,
-Jason

Well, for driving normal you have to double clutch to make it shift smooth. If not it bangs like it's going to fall out of the car. But when racing you hold the gas to the floor jab the clutch and shift and it will never block you out and shifts like butter.
And for down shifting you have to rev match.
That's about the only way to explain it. It is streetable. But not a street setup completely.

is this basically a "bulletproof" trans then?
when driving on the street, can you just push the clutch in and pop it into neutral and slow down with the normal brakes?
does being pro-shifted make it almost impossible to miss a gear then?
sorry i'm a bit of a newbie with the 6speed stuff and was gonna go TH400, but the 6speeds are just so addictive.

Yes you can just throw it in neutral.
And yes if you miss a gear while racing you did something bad wrong.

Hey hey, a fellow pro-shifter. ![Thumb](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies2/thumb.gif)
They're not real daily-driver friendly (it takes work
double clutching on shifts, letting it spin down to get it in to first, etc). But they abso-freakin'-lutely rule at the dragstrip. I love mine. I've made several posts in the Manual Trans section. Here's one...

Again, if you're looking for an easy drive around town... this trans probably isn't for you. But if you're in to racing (especially drag), this trans is the shizzle.
Good luck!
