You say it was replaced under warranty. What is wrong with it?

.1 They replaced the old unit with the one I have 4 sale because
the old unit was .100 out and causing gear whine.

.2 I replaced it with an Eaton unit when I put in new 3.73 gears and
Moser axles w/ TA cover.

.3 Its just taking up space, so if you feel suspicious then don't
buy it.

$50-60 is all I need for it. I could care less if i sell it today or
next month . Thats chump change...............

I believe it has to do with the thickness of the ring gear and pinion gear.

2 series works with 2.73 - 3.23 OEM.

3 series works with 3.32 and higher.

It is possible however to run numerically higher gears on a 2 series. I ran 3.73 on a 2 series.
