Arrow Many LT1 Headers For Sale

I have a pair of Jet Hot Ceramic Coated Longtubes for the LT1.

Passenger Header

Passenger Header Underside

Drivers Header

Drivers Header 2

These are non emissions longtubes. They have only been installed on the car for less then 18 months. Thus they still fall under Jet Hots Three Year Warranty if needing a recoat. As you can see in the pics they have small dents on the bottom of the collectors.

These cost me 600$ new to my door.

310$ Plus Shipping FIRM

------------------------------------------------

Jet Hot 2000 Coated Hooker Longtube Headers LT1

Are coated with upgraded coating from Jet Hot (Regular Ceramic is only 1,300°F)

JET-HOT 2000 Blue™ - Formulated for very high temperatures, this rugged coating protects substrates up to 2,450°F, heat levels sometimes encountered in Rodding and Off-Road applications. Available in black, blue or grey.

These headers do need some love. Would be a good idea to have the rusty parts painted with high temp header paint. The coating around the primaries is still in great shape which is still great for engine temps and not burning wires. There are also a few small holes that need to be welded up along a primary. I have detailed pictures of the holes on request to serious inquires only.

Just curious -- how long have you had those on your car?

Two years or so of use if that. It all depends on what climate you are in because I have seen some people swear up and down that their coated headers have lasted 10 years. I know for a fact these, along with a bunch of friends headers all rust by the collectors in about a year in Maryland.

What happened to the metal on the driver's side where it bolts to the head? Are all of the like that? How would a bare gasket hold up to weather?

Just curious.

I don't understand your question. The one primary is a slip fit primary thus it is not all the way in the hole when I took these pictures. That would be why it looks further apart then the other primaries. These headers were not in the weather, they went down the track and were in a garage a few times.

Where all 4 bolt up to the head. The exhaust port in the front on the driver's side. All the other three are joined by the strip of metal and the 4th one isn't. Maybe I'm crazy.

Thats a slip fit primary. They are manufactured that way for easier install.
