I love these rims but it is time for something different...
This rim and tire package was purchased new by me in April of 2001. They have served as my "show only" set and have less than 10K on them. They are about as near mint a condition as you'll find. Borbet has stopped making the Type "T" rim for f-body fitments for some time now so you'll be hard pressed to find many f-cars fitted with these rims. They will fit '93-'02 f-bodies with factory sized calipers and rotors. Due to the deep dish of the rim they won't clear oversized brakes.
Rims are 17x9.5" and factory chromed. They have never been curbed or otherwise harmed in any way. I am a professional detailer by trade and have kept up with these rims in a meticulous fashion. They have always been washed by hand and have never had a brush or any harsh chemicals applied to them. They have always been sealed with either Meguiar's #20 or Poorboy's Wheel Sealant. The only flaw on the whole set is one small area about an inch long on a passenger side rim that has a bit of chrome delaminating. This is only on one rim and is obviously a factory flaw in the chroming process. I have included a photo of the area. Other than that they are truly mint.
Tires are BFGoodrich G-force KDW's sized 275/40 with about 10K on them. The easily have 90%+ tread life left. These are the original tires mounted and balanced to the rims and have never had a patch or a plug. I have always used water based products when dressing them and they are still very soft and pliable.
Included are valve stems, center caps and 20 chrome lugs in excellent condition.
Asking $1500 with local pick-up only...I'm not shipping these.
Please contact me at mluca54@bellsouth.net with any questions.

I'd like to see them on the car too. They are some nice wheels, that's another set I'll be adding to my list of wheels I might get in the future.

Thanks all for the kind words. I love these rims but they have been on the old gal for 5+ years and it is time to move on.
1fastmr2 they are Type "T" rims...at least that is what Borbet called them for f-body fitment in 2001.
98Blubrd it is actually an area where the chrome peeled from the rim surface. Looks like the spot was not completely clean when the chrome was applied at the factory and over time it flaked off. As I stated above nothing harsh was ever applied to the rim so it is obviously some type of factory flaw and only on the one rim.
Here are some pics of them mounted on my silver beauty.![Winky](https://ls1tech.com/forums/images/smilies/LS1Tech/gr_wink.gif)

**UPDATE**
Due to several requests I will consider shipping the rim/tire package. Since they are a heavy/bulky item shipping will be $100 via UPS ground. I will only ship CONUS and payment for the full amount of $1600 must be made in certified funds only (i.e. money order or bank check).
First to respond will get dibs on these beauties.
Thanks,
Mike
