Then stay on Ebay.

Hey, site owners and mods... I vote we ban all Ebay listings from the members FS section! Wanna sell it to help folks out here, great, wanna promote your Ebay world, buy advertising.

Does it really matter how or where I'm selling the item? Is it your too cheap to bid against other buyers? Or is it too much of a hassle for you to click the ebay link? Ebay is safer and faster for both the buyer and seller . I get tired of so many pm's, kids low balling and those that say they want it and never send the money, etc, etc.

I'm not trying to promote a business here just a few misc items. Paid advertising on this site is meant for businesses and anyone with a brain knows that. I really can't think of how ebay links like this are negative to ls1tech.com

Not sure if this forum requires it or not, but some i frequent, you must state Ebay in the link of the for sale post, to prevent these kind of complaints.

I was interested since I thought they were firebird seats, but you do the typical BS ebay sales technique of throwing more info in the title to get more hits.

Yeah I say ebay or here, no need to promote your ebay on here. I usually just disreguard ebay posts. I offered him for the driver seat however which he obviously declined, but at the current rate they're going for, he's have made more then 50% of that cash on one seat with no ebay fees or waiting.

you can buy just about anything on ebay, most view ls1tech as a place where they can sell their parts faster and more conveniently to other enthusiasts. There are plenty of safe ways to complete a transaction outside of ebay, you just want it there so you can get top dollar. It's pretty rare here to see a post of someone getting ripped off.

to each his own.

Why is it bs when the seats fit in the firebird too?

Despite your comments I still don't see how ebay links are in any way negative to ls1tech as they are not competing websites. I've sold lots of stuff in the past 7 years and from my experience that in general ebay transactions go smoother than makeshift forum transactions.

You guys don't like it becuase you are buyers and you don't want ebay buyer competition. stop crying

All sponsors on the website must pay to advertise their business, and we aren't to post sponsors that aren't listed, why would eBay be any different?
If a buyer doesn't want to buy through eBay because they don't have an account, then I think they're shopping for parts on LS1tech.com for a reason, and by listing eBay auctions here, I don't think that helps'm out ya know.

Nothing wrong with ebay links as long as your not a business. Don't like it than hit the back button.
