Yes the c4 is unlocked also, and yes you can get the free upgrades. You just have to email them with your serial number and they will reset the username and password for it.

 

Might want to say if it is the serial or USB version and if it is the pro with EIO or not.

yes you can use a wideband with version.

 

How does the other version compare. What features does this not have?

I am interested in the HP Tuners. I have a 2001 TA that has a HP tune but I would like to own my own software. Is this for a lap top or the new one with its own console like hypertech?
