Looking to trade a pair of mint 17x11 Chrome ZR1's 'deep lug' 36mm OFFSET wheels for a pair of comparable 50mm OFFSET 17x11 chrome ZR1's

No they dont fit. He proably bought them from a early c4 corvette owner. Your best bet would be to sell them to another early C4 Vette owner. Digitalcorvette.com or corvetteforums.com. They will sell fast there. There's nothing a Fbody owner can do with them due to the offset.

Actually they're on my SS now and fit just fine without ANY mods (BFH or bump stop cutting)
Thing is that they stick out of the rear fender slightly (about 1/3 inch) which prevents me from lowering the car like I want to.
A 50mm offset will tuck the wheels deeper into the well than my current 36mm offset.

These would work great on TA/Firebirds since they have a wider wheel well.
