Default 224/236 LT1 cam ***SOLD***

This is a brand new Comp Cams custom cam, in box.

224/236 duration

.538/.544 lift with a 1.5 rocker

114 LSA

This would be a good N/A cam, or a great blower cam!

SOLD!

Thumbs up

This is a real nice LT1 street cam. I ran that one (cept' a 112lsa) in my daily driver for a Looooooong time. I put down 372rwhp/360rwtq with that cam N/A. Has a real flat torque curve, and pulls hard up top.

Free bump for ya....

Mike

What kinda power did you make with it? What were your supporting mods? Also what is the power band - at what rpm does it start to pull the hardest? Thanks

It's brand new... never been in an engine. So I don't know the answer to your questions. Maybe Mike can chime in?

I don't know much about nitrous, but I would think it would work just fine. I'm selling it because I decided to go more aggressive with my new setup.

My cam (ground on a 112lsa), pulled very well from 3200 up to 6100, and I shifted at 6500. My supporting mods were: CAI, RK Headers, offroad pipe, SLP 2OTL, self ported heads, 1.6 RR's, 4.10's, stock TB, LT1_Edit tuned by... me. My best run with that cam was a traction limited 12.39@114mph.

This cam that is for sale (not mine), would do VERY well with nitrous (on a 114lsa). Shawn Salazar ran this cam for a long time. Think he ran 11.4x@121 with unported stock heads, stock shortblock, and a 125 shot.

Glad to help.

FWIW, If I still had an LT1 for daily driver/street fighter, I'd still be running this cam.
