Considering he already sent the radiator out to us, the part number is from his 99 car which is the V6 LSX race car. The fans are most likely the V6 fans as well. Be careful.

They actually came from the 98 Z28 A4 but aparently the radiator partnumber is a V6. and the problem is in the process of being taken care of, awaiting the radiator to be sent back as discussed by his friend who actually bought the part.

I still cant see how it comes out a 98 Z28 with only one nipple unless its a race car.

The part number on the radiator is clearly visible and references a 98-99 V6 car bud. Make it easy on yourself and tell the truth that you mixed it up with something else you had laying around and all would be fine.

No V8 Radiator has one nipple for an LS1 car. Period.
