Sorry I didn't reply. It is posted as bolt in. You do not have to weld or cut any of the roll bar. You drill holes for the bolts and cut some of the carpet and some of the plastic above the wheelwells.

The rear bars attach to the wheelwells not to the flat area behind the rear seat as in the photo.
