You are a ******* IDIOT. First of all, he had the SAME prices on both boards but never updated LS1tech because he didn't receive many hits from it at first. He lowered the prices on HPJ but never got around/hasn't had time to check the post on here.

You are a douchebag, you NEVER bought anything from him and yet you gave him negative trader feedback/rating. That's lower than ****...all because you have no life and reacted in poor judgment over something you knew nothing about.

Nice, this is mature. We had made a deal on parts. He has been on this board, cause he's been pm'ing me on these parts. I took the date into consideration on this, but while pm'ing me he choose not to update any prices here. Would you like it if you made a deal on parts and then found out he's selling them cheaper somewhere else? Especially since I actually offered a price more in line with what was on the other board and he said he couldn't do that (In the beginning). And I'm in the wrong for catching this, please!
BTW, I gave him negative feedback cause we had made a deal. In my mind, that deal was made bad by his lack of integrity toward me. I'm sure you would be happy if you were in my shoes.

 

Did you send him any money? Then you didn't have a deal. Sorry, I don't "hold" **** for NOBODY, cash is cash and the first one with it gets the part. The fact that he didn't have ANY money from you meant there was NO deal, therefore NO reason for negative feedback. If you agreed to a set price, you agreed to a set price. You can't get MAD if he offered it at a lower price to people that are LOCAL because they can pick the parts up and he wouldn't have to ship it. And all parts were listed OBO so it doesn't matter, regardless.

Let me remind you of two rules in this classifieds section:

1. Seller has the ultimate right to sell to whoever he chooses, as well as the right to refuse to sell to someone for whatever reason.

2. Seller could have this item advertised in the regional forum, classified forum, and maybe 10 other websites and the local newspaper. Its impossible to claim "dibs" on a sale that you might not have seen first. You might be the first to reply in a thread, but that doesn't mean 10 people have already emailed the seller about it.

My suggestion to you: Build a bridge and get over it and stop harrassing people. If I made a deal with somebody but he had offered it to somebody else at a lower price, tough ****...I made a deal.

You should take your own advice. You're the one harrassing me with your comments and pm's. BTW, if you would bother to read I am local so there was no shipping. I was given a price and a location to pick up the parts and then found the local board and discovered a price difference.
Why don't you let your friend fight his own battles and correct his mistakes, since you were never involved until the "You are a ******* IDIOT" post.
You define deal the way you want to but when there is an agreement that someone is buying the item then that is what it is. I think that is beyond "Dibs". And he wasn't chossing not to sell it to me so I really don't know why that is there. He was attempting to get more money from me because I'm on this site. If he forgot to change the price, then he could just admint to a simple mistake. But that's really not what happened is it? He choose to come out fighting about how bad I am.
And you may want to read the rules a bit more, you know the ones that you didn't post to make the existing ones appear that they work for you. The part about this isn't Ebay or an auction site may guide you a tad.
