Post Trickflow 220/224 .575 cam and LS6 springs

Cam is NIB never installed

Trick Flow Track Heat Cam part# TFS-30602002
cam specs:
lift:.575 in/ex
duration @.050" 220 intake 224exhaust
LSA 112

LS6 yellow valve springs taken off brand new LS6 heads, never put on the motor
GM water pump gaskets
GM front cover gasket
GM harmonic balancer bolt for 5.3ltr truck, don't know it's the same bolt for the LS1 or not.

all for $300 plus actual shipping

what is this cam good for.. im kinda a newbie and was looking at buying a cam, is this a good low end , mid, or high. Also with those springs is that all i need for install, or do i need timing chain? etc. etc is this a good daily driver cam?

This cam should give a nice increase in hp/tq across the whole power band. Depending on the mileage of your car you may want to replace the timing chain, oil pump and pushrods. It should be great as a daily driver, not too agressive or hard on the valve springs, but it will definitely need a tune.
