More information on the leather seats. Are they from an LT1 or LS1? Any rips, tears, heavy wear marks, etc. present? Are they manual adjustable or power adjustable? Thanks.

Are they both power seats? My car only came with the driver's side power seat . Is it difficult to convert the passenger to power as well?

Could you post a picture of the driver's side and passenger's side where one would usually rub going in/out of the car. This is the reason that I'm looking into replacing mine since they are getting worn down there.

Is the rear end complete (backing plates/brakes etc) and does it have abs/tcs (3/4 channel?) If it has abs/tcs and doesn't whine. i'll take it for sure. If the deal works with the rear end.. then I will also take the seats and carpet. I'm in dallas and maybe we can meet halfway and save some shipping cost. just let me know.. you can call my cell for faster response.
