Default Ported AFR 225 Heads

I have a set of small bore AFR 225 heads ported by Larry Meaux Racing that I have determined are a bit too "serious" of a head for the things I'll be doing with my Nova (cruising, car shows, not racing). They have been milled to 55cc chambers and have had 1000k miles since a full refreshing with upgraded springs, locks, retainers, valves, seats and seals according to the previous owner. They made 497rwhp/457rwtq on his 3.90" bore 383. Below are the flow numbers for the heads as given by the p/o, although the methodology is a bit suspect as the ports on the bench were not matched well to the head's.

Intake Lift/CFM
0.100 -- 26
0.200 -- 146
0.300 -- 203.5
0.400 -- 259.6
0.500 -- 306.3
0.600 -- 330.7
0.700 -- 333

Exhaust Lift/CFM
0.100 -- 66.3
0.200 -- 113.7
0.300 -- 156.4
0.400 -- 195.9
0.500 -- 216.4
0.600 -- 230
0.700 -- 337

01-NOV: Heads have been SOLD.

Anybody know what the compression would be on a stock 02' fbody engine. Would fly cutting be needed with say a torquer 2 cam?

Only guess could be they are 205's ported to 225 size runners, but that would be pretty expensive to have the runners CC'd exactly.
