Default Innovative GT-80R Dual Ball Bearing Turbo

This is a four year old Innovative GT-80R Dual Ball Bearing Turbo that came with my TTI Race Turbo Kit. It's an 80mm turbo on with a .96A/R Tang undivided T4 housing. The Turbo housing is a 4" intake and a 2.5" discharge and it's coated. The hot side is a 3.5" flange and I've always run it to a 3.5" down pipe.

The turbo is in good running condition and has never had any issues. It's been used in a mix of track (5-7 days a year) and street driving on it (less than 5K a year). It has performed flawlessly behind a 422CI LS1 and 402CI LS2 engines with no issues. It's gone dozens of 9.9x passes at 140-142mph at 15psi on pump gas. The spool up is as fast as it gets behind this many cubes and it's a beast on the street which was the original reason for the setup.

This would make a nice upgrade for any of the T76 TTI Race Kits or someone looking to make a good street/strip single turbo setup for a stock to 402CI engine.

The turbo originally sold for more than $2,300. I'm looking for $1,150 shipped and I will accept PayPal payments. That price should beat any 76-80mm turbos out there with the bonus of getting a dual ball bearing setup for free at that price.

I'll get some pics up this evening.

I'm kinda interested.....can you take your pictures with a measuring device of some sort in your pictures? I just got rid of an S475 T6 cause it was WAY too big to fit.......this might be a little smaller frame.

Sorry about that I forgot to get the pictures up.

Yes it is quite a bit smaller that your current turbo. I went from this Innovative to a Forced Inductions's ST-80 on a T4 Flange but that will be pretty close to what you're using now.

It's probably a good 1" smaller in almost every dimension overall with the hot side being a bit smaller than that. I think the ST-80 was close to 10" in all dimensions as a safe baseline.

I'd say about 9.25" from exhaust flange to tip of intake for the length. Then the height from bottm of the T4 flange to top of cold side is about 7". The height from the T4 flange to the bottom of the cold side is about .754". So it's under 8" for the cold side height. Hot side from base of the T4 flange to the top of the housing is 6" Hot side width from outside of T4 flange to the other side of the housing is about 7" while the widest point of the hot side housing is about 6.25". The cold side is about 8" at the widest point of the housing and the distance from the housing to the out side of the discharge tub is about 10".

I'll post the pictures in just a bit with some things for a size refernce.

Here are some pictures. I'm using the basket to give you a bit more accuracy on the size perspective. It's a little tough to get the perspective right with the turbo against the measuring tape so the measurments look a little off in some of the pictures.

So the only things that a buyer would need would be the T4 Undivided gasket, oil drain tube with the gasket (bolts are still in the turbo), and an air hose fiting to put in where I have the plug right now to read the boost off the turbo.

Are you looking to trade for anything plus cash?

I don't have any other parts needs at this time. So cash only at this point.
