Mike - Just curious, did you send in cores to Lloyd or did you purchase cores from him? When did you powder coat the intake, before or after Lloyd?

I bought cores from LE. I needed my car for a DD at the time.
The intake is painted with 1200degree ceramic engine paint. I hope it holds up!!

Its a M6 with a S60 with 4.10s,BMR boxed control arms, subframes,PHB,STB, and a UMI TA, on 315 DRs should be pretty manley!!!
Needs some V6 rear springs and new shocks. Oh and a stout rear swaybar! Other than that I dont think there is a ton left to do on the suspension???
The dyno will help determine what tire size (diameter) and rear gear that will work best...If you're going to use 315 R17s DRs then I think you'll have a hard time hooking with the M6...A 28" tire will help greatly get that thing out of the hole and with that will probably require 4.56s...Im getting ahead of myself a bit though...Also suspension set up is key...I like having adjustable everything under there including shocks...I used QA1 R series with 275 lb springs on the front and QA1 12 way adjustables in the rear with the stock springs...Theres lots more to do under there to get it to hook consistently...I know Im an A4 but I can PM you what I used and how it works for me...

I just got my pre dyno numbers back!!! 280/317!!! Not bad at all for a cat back car!!!

Got some pics from Larry today. Motor is out of the car and mostly torn down already!!
Larry is going to do some painting on the block oil pan etc. It should look pretty when its done!!!
