Where to get EGR blockoff plate?

I just bought some race headers and need the EGR blockoff plate. Where does one get this?

ebay for around $20-25 shipped. i was looking at them because my egr was throwing a code a while back. no LT's here yet though for me

I bought mine off of UMI performance I believe. I had them for sale on here for a while but no one ever bought them so I used the big one on a 4.8 to 6.0 swap in a truck and modified it to work on the intake.

Scrap piece of steel with two holes in it?
Take a gasket to just about any shop and they'll cut one out for you, probably cost ya $5.

Yeah, I wouldn't even think about spending money on something so simple to make. Took me about 10 mins to make some.
