I bought mine off of UMI performance I believe. I had them for sale on here for a while but no one ever bought them so I used the big one on a 4.8 to 6.0 swap in a truck and modified it to work on the intake.

Scrap piece of steel with two holes in it?
Take a gasket to just about any shop and they'll cut one out for you, probably cost ya $5.

Yeah, I wouldn't even think about spending money on something so simple to make. Took me about 10 mins to make some.

I bought UMI ones a while back when I didn't have means of making my own. They are very quality parts.

Just cut one out, use your gasket as a template. There is room for error.
