Yeah, that bolt took me a while to find. Once you know it is there you are ok though and won't ever have to worry about it again. I didn't search, but I think that box controls the VATS system.

I'll take a picture of the giant box of wires I removed from the body harness. There's tons of things you can remove in there. Just take your time and check each wire before you remove it. A lot of them tie into the same circuitry.

The only things i removed from the harness where all the ABS stuff, under hood airbag ****, A/C wiring and Air pump stuff.

Well i got all the wiring finished up. I got a 5 gal bucket full of wires in my garage.

Today's project is to see if i can get it fired up and of coarse do some more cutting

well i got her fired up today...but there is a new problem it will only stay running on its own for like 2-3 secs then die. If i feather the pedal it will stay running but thats the only way.

Well i am a retard...I got all excited to fire it up and forgot to hook up the vacuum hose to the power booster and to the crank case breather...idle problem fixed after that but she is idling pretty rough hopefully i can figure it out.

Been there done that glad it worked out. Take you a breather and get the rest worked out. Theres days I work on mine just fine then days when I get frustrated with it and leave it for a while then get back to it again.

Yea this was one of those day let me tell ya. Hopefully its idling weird because the O2's weren't hooked up...i need to get my damn trans ASAP i wanna drive this turd already!

also i never understood this whole isolater thing for the rear suspension, i have eibach lowering springs on my car, with prostars(i no bad move on the springs but i got them for free) i would like the back a little lower, if i took these out, will it do that, and if so how do i do it, thanks again

Hey man free is free. Nothing wrong with Eibachs i was going to get the prokit from them for my car but i got the qa1 coil overs, comp eng rear shocks and LCAs for $450

I would ditch the isolators and get some heater hose and a few zip ties to wrap around the top coil to keep it from squeaking. Should lower the rear a good 1/4-1/2 for about 15 mins worth of work.

Thanks man. Hopefully it will be done in the next few weeks. I cant wait to see what it weights. Im hoping for 2800 with out me in it.

Looks like ill finally be getting a TH350 and converter in the next week or so. Buying a build TH350 RMVB and a Yank 4k stall. Im stoked.

I highly doubt it. Lots of people on here running in the 9-10 sec range arn't running them. You could do a search in the drag racing section about them to.

Just picked up a B&M trans cooler for it gotta get it installed tomorrow. I still cant decide what shifter to go with. I'm thinking a Hurst quarter stick but idk.
