Default I want to turn the motor over without fuel or spark

I want to test my new valvetrain and maybe get some oil pressure up before I fire it up and want to crank it without fuel and spark.
Ive tried to pull the PCM IGN fuse but it just clicks when I turn the key. What else can I do? Is it safe to pull both injector fuses and crank it over? Or should I also unplug the plug wire?

Pull the PCM fuse and hit the starter. With the PCM disable it gets neither spark nor fuel.

Or get yourself a remote starter switch from any parts store. I'm actually thinking about hard wiring one on each side of my engine bay.

No. The one that needs to be pulled I believe it titled "PCM BATT."

+1. Just pull the fuse.

Why are you trying to turn it over? Trying to pre-oil?

Like I said in the OP I want to check that my new valvetrain is OK before I fire it up.

Oh silly SRJ

"and maybe get some oil pressure up before I fire it up"

Wish there was a way to wire in one of those starter triggers so that you could start and stop the engine from outside the vehicle, like a remote start in a sense.
