Default Results after plug & wire install

Well about 8 hours later ( it would have been more if not for the help of many people on this forum) new delco and msd plugs are installed. I put the alternator and started back in, connected the battery. Car started perfect, let it warm up for awhile. Drove it for about 20 feet and it started acting up. back firing, no accelaration, ruff idol also the ABS INOP light came on!! never saw that light before....Im really mad about all the time I spent and now the car is worst than it was a big waste of time...

Did you gap your spark plugs? Are you sure you have all the wires on correctly and going to the right cylinders?

Yes I gapped the plugs to .050, checked the wire hook up twice. Also installed a new driver belt while I was at it. Everything seems correct. Didnt check fuel pressure though.

Yep... almost guaranteed it's a misplaced plug wire with the possibility of a cracked plug. Check your ABS plugs as well to make sure you didn't unplug/break one off.

Now that I think about it I may have cracked a plug. I remember tightening one plug and hearing a crack (may have had it at the wrong angle). This may be a stupid question but if the white of the plug is alittle chipped (not the electode) could that effect the plug?
Man I was climbing on and off that engine for 8 hours I may have broken a sensor I'll have to check

since you did OTVC, where did run those wires?

I have otvc, and still ran them under the stock location, but I took that loom out, cuz they didn't fit in the loom. However, I didn't zip tie them, and I'm scared they'll space apart and get tangled w/ the pullies.
