Default Need help with 96 lt1

I have a 96 it starts but back fires some at idle and real bad under load. I thought it was opti replaced that 3 times no differance also replaced coil, icm, plugs wires, opti connecter, iac, and have tried adjusting the rockers but is still doing it. Could it be i am just not adjusting the rockers right? Any tips or help will be greatly appriciated

Instead of throwing parts at it, which it looks has cost you alot allready, you need to either find someone who has some type of diagnostic scanner, or test equipment or pay someone, cause you will not find you problem at the rate you are going. Could still be quite alot of things. Do you have a SES light on? Any stored codes? These are things you need to find out. Even finding out if there are any codes could be a good start. Autozone will scan you codes for you and tell you what they are for free, unless I believe you are in Cali. I would start here and get the data and see what it is telling you.

Have you checked your opti harness along with the wiring to the sensors?

Yes all wiring is good i even checked the group of grounds that are spliced togather in the harness next to #5 and #7 injectors that was good also replaced the opti pig tail. When i started the build i installed a new sending unit as well as a walbro 255 just rechecked pressure it is at 45psi. the front 02's are showing low voltage could that cause it on a cold start up
