Lincoln Nebraska people step in I heard and saw a video of someone with a WHITE TRANS AM racing to what looked like a black talon with a red hood, but i could be mistaken.....either way it happened on july 12 2009 and you guys got busted for drag racing on a strip with literally cornfields around ya..........................by a helicopter watching and filming you guys then at the end of the strip you were cited....just wondering if it was someone on here, which i bet it was, there are not many racecars out there....i have been there before, if not someone on here i bet he was ur friend....just wondering what the hell happened there.

Check out this link for a little more info, not sure who the people were racing but same situation. Most racing that takes place outside city limits is going to be around corn fields in this part of the country

About 3-4 years ago the local 1/4 mile track closed which did not help reduce the street racing situation. There is an 1/8 mile track about 65 miles north east of Lincoln that a lot of Omaha/Lincoln area people go to, but it’s not the same racing experience as the 1/4. There has been a lot of talk since the closing of the 1/4 mile track about building a new one between Omaha and Lincoln but nothing has happened yet and doesn't appear to any time soon

oh ****, state patrol used to be cool with us racing out there, ive been to that very spot once before... not anymore lol.
and the 1/8th mile track uo here (MAM) sucks *****. shitty track prep, no turnout. lame...
