Finally got some dyno #'s and track times for my LE2 setup
Well it's been over a year since I did the LE2 swap to my car and I finally put the car on the dyno and ran it at the track. In the last year I have put a few thousand miles on the setup and it does not skip a beat. I've taken it on some long trips and its been a pleasure and a blast to drive. Anyways here's the setup:
Stock Bottom End
LE2 Heads (Undesirable 561 castings that were on my car stock)
Bret Bauer 224/230 .570's Camshaft (old grind Lloyd offered at the time)
1.6RR's
LE Ported Manifold
58MM TB
Long Tubes
2.5" TD's
30# SVO's
Racetronix Fuel Pump
PCMforless Mail Order Tune
CPT "Pro Race" 4L60E
Yank PT4000 Stall
Stock 10-Bolt w/ 3.73's
LCA's
Subframes
Tq. Arm
Relocation Brackets
Stock Springs
Sam Strano Lowering Springs
Stock WS6 rims upfront with M/T ET Streets mounted on 16" Firebird wheels out back.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So...a couple weeks ago I decided to put the car on a local DynoJet just to see how the A/F ratio is with my PCMforless Mail Order. A/F looked great so I decided it was time for the track. The car only put down 359rwhp so I will admit I was slightly discouraged but I've never been one to get too caught up in dyno numbers especially with stalled auto's.
Last night I ran the car at Maple Grove which isn't the fastest track around but the closest to me (1 hour and 15 minutes). I drove the car up made 3 passes then headed home.
First Pass: 11.959 at 113.11mph w/ 1.65 60'
Second Pass: 11.881 at 114.38mph w/ 1.65 60'
Third Pass: 11.883 at 114.31mph w/ 1.65 60'
Considering the car needs a valve adjustment and a dyno tune I feel that the car has alot left in it. Not to mention if I run the car at Atco which I notoriously run 2 tenths faster at, I think this thing should cut mid 11's next time out! Overall I'm extremely happy and satisfied! My goals with the car before purchasing the LE2 setup were to keep things on a tight budget, have a reliable setup that was a blast to drive, and run 11.99 or faster. My goals have been met so I couldn't ask for more!
BTW, exactly 2 years ago I ran the car at the same track when it was stock so it was real cool just comparing the slips to see how far it's come so far

Thanks everbody!
Nope, I'm not sure how to figure that stuff out I will have to look into it.
I have a Professional Products. I originally had a Holley it was kinda finiky.
Yea they are garbage! My dad makes fun of me sometimes because both my parents own LS2 vehicles but they were the ones watching my piece run 11's from the stands haha.

Looks Like Da was just over 1000 and your track is 206 above sea level. The DA wasnt terrible

I checked my shiftpoints on the dyno and they are at ~6400rpm with stock diameter tires. But, I was running 26" M/T's so the car was probaly shifting a tad low like about 6300rpm for my three runs last night.
