Default What is it worth??? 97 LT1, wiring harness, ecm,t56...

Ok guys, as the title says Im trying to see how much I should pay for a Lt1 to swap into my 96 v6 camaro.
This guy is asking 1000 for a LT1 out of a 97 TA, with wiring harnes, computer, transmission and "other extras" to go with it. It is all stock with 112k miles.
Im not sure if it will have everything I need but I think it is a good start.

Long story short... WHAT SHOULD I OFFER FOR IT?? Its an OBO....

Thanks alot for any help,
ZACH

Honestly, thats what I thought. I mean I'm finding just a t56,...trans only...750 and stuff like that lol

Im just so cheap... Plus I feel like for 2700 (car and motor swap) I could have got an LT1 camaro in the first place lol

To give you an idea, I paid $1600 last year for a 97 LT1 from a TA with 47k miles. That was Engine, 4l60e, harness and pcm. and then add $250 for shipping from PA to SC.

I find the same deals now but for a LS1's

I wish I could find a deal like that on some LSX stuff.

I would have already torn the car down (since it doesn't run) but I could never decide whether I wanted to buy a LT or a LSX tubular k member....

Guess now I know.

P.S. I it down to 6

Ok, so I drove out there last night and gave this guy 600 bucks, and he started just dumping parts on me lol. I got alot of extra stuff. Full body harness, drive shatf, fuel lines, fuel tank, column. I knew it had manfolds but the whole y pipe with cats and all came aswell.

Now my main concern is finding a k member, I found one (kinda local) for 40 bucks. I almost wunna save up for a tubular one though. Not sure

Thanks guys, just wanted to show ya what I got.
