Default 403rwhp 387ft-lbs LE1 heads LE Intake 306cc w/ m6 through a 9" moser!

I just had Moe Bailey dynotune it. Awesome guy. What do you think of the numbers???

Before the dynotune, I had a mail order tune and was only making 378rwhp sae and 349ft-lbs. Now I am making 403rwhp sae and 387ft-lbs sae with LE1 heads, LE1 intake w/ a 306 cam though a T-56 trans with a 9" rear end and some nice 315 sized tires. Sorry about this distant graph. This particular run I made 402rwhp and 386ft-lbs of torque.

Someone tried telling me that you really don't lose any through a 9". He's wrong right? Out of curiousity what do you think I would have made on the 10 bolt?

Also I am about to go to a th350 trans with a 3800 stall. What do guys think my new dyno numbers will look like?

Hard to tell what you would have gained through a 10-bolt, maybe 10whp.

You can reduce the HP loss with a 9" by running a spool.

There is definitely some additional loss with the 9" over the 10 bolt. General consensus, from what I have read on the boards, is about an additional 3-5% over the 10 bolt.

Kick *** numbers.

You also have that tiny dip in the torque between 4K and 4.5K RPM just like I do. I have seen this in many charts. Although I dont consider it a problem. Someone explain what that is.

Very nice.

That thing is going to be absolutely nasty at the track with a stalled auto if you can get your gears and stall spec'd out to keep you in that nice long plateau...since that sure isn't a peak!

The rear is not a percentage loss, it takes a given amount of hp to turn different gearboxes, and the ford 9 inch is one of the most. Mainly because of mass.
