since I cut my b&m a little too short I have to use fingers for the upper gears (1,3,5,R). But I'm good. Racing I've never missed a gear and shift pretty fast from what my friends say.

MGW is the way to go. Doubt that any who have tried it wouldn't agree.... It is very adjustable and they offer multiple size sticks for running different shift ***** (f-body style, mustang style, etc...). I believe it has the strongest centering springs as well (which means the 2-3 shift is a piece of cake. Just push straight up and there is no missing third).
