I was just wondering if anyone owning a Firehawk has had their car appraised.
I'm trying to get my insurance upped so if something happens to my car, I will get more than $1200.00. My insurance says if I can find some other cars that have been appraised that are comparable, they would have no trouble upping my value. I know I can probably go to Grundy, but I would like to stay with State Farm. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

My 93 hawk was lightly hit in the drivers front at about 5 mph and the guys insurance company sent an appraiser to look at my car. Well they ended up saying that I had about 4grand in damages.I thought they were gonna total my car for a minor hit, but the appraiser said my car was still easily worth 8-9k. I was happy to get the insurance check to fix it haha. That was like 4 months ago

I've had Allstate forever and when I was looking at a 95 Firehawk they had no problem giving full book value coverage on it. NADA still "books" a 95 Firehawk over $10k on their high retail. Just get your quote in writing based on that if they will and you'll be fine.

Got the car appraised this weekend. The appraiser gave it a value of $12,000.00. Now time to go to State Farm, with that, to get it insured.
