I also made my own cross over last winter. Mine was broke between the banjo bolt blocks but OK from the block that ran to the rad. I just tapped each block for 1/8 NPT and went to the hardware store to get the proper brass fittings. Stopped at the local auto store and got the proper hose, assembled them with thread sealant. No leaks or problems yet. The one thing you have to be careful of is when tightening the banjo bolts they want to rotate the coolant blocks, you just have to get a set of channel locks in there to keep the block from rotating while tightening.

If I can find the pic I had I would post it.. it was just 1/2" NPT Brass Fittings, a couple of Elbows, a T, some Teflon Tape, and some 5/16" and 3/8" Rubber Hose. It worked like a champ.

They worked great..easy to remove, and never leaked.
