Default Ahh Missing bolts! Rocker Question!

Alright guys, so apparently today is not my day, I went to go put everything back together and I am missing soo many bolts! I am at a loss, I took them out and bagged them right away! its like a little gremlin, maybe my f-body friend, was missing bolts from his build and borrowed mine! So was wondering if anyone knew the thread pattern and length of these bolts:
Timing chain cover
Motor Mounts
Intake manifold

also How do I Tighten these bolt to the Roller rockers with the cam in ? some are at different levels! torque specs? here is a pic!

Those are poly locks do NOT torque them down you have to adjust all of your valves. Shobox has a great write up of all the different ways please read that and do not try and torque them you will cause problems

Put a socket and big ratchet on it
PS Do yourself a favor and make sure all the plugs are out it will make it a lot easier to turn the motor over and not fight the compression

Did you bag all your bolts together, or in individual baggies labled with the part they came off of or what??

and FOR THE RECORD...it looks to me like one of your bolt holes in your rocker (you know, the part where the stud goes through the rocker so you can screw on the poly lock) is UPSIDE DOWN!!! There should be a FLAT side that the poly sits on..the other side is round! Make sure that FLAT SIDE is UP!

ALL INDIVIDUAL BAGS!! I have most of the bolts just on a few things there like 3 bolts short or 2 bolts shy?! at a loss and at this point very frustrated, the rocker arms are the big issue right now, not remote start, cam is in and cant get the crank to turn over gotta find the main bolt to the pulley, i just bagged the 3 that go on the pulley ears! just want this project to be over

WOW I just noticed that too! You need to make sure the flat side is up on all the rockers. And I noticed you don't have the spider in to hold down the dog bones for the rockers remember to put that in too

So you lost your Crank Hub Bolt?

If you dont know how to hand turn the crank, did you install you cam properly??? Did you line up the dots on the Cam and Crank Sprockets??? Not trying to insult your intelligence here or anything because I made the mistake a while back and if you didnt do that your gonna f**k your engine's world up!

Dude, why the **** are you even trying to work on your own car. You're asking for torque specs on the rockers? And you have some of them upside down?

Congrats on another piece of **** lt1 built by a retard who gives us all a bad name.

I guess everybody has got to start somewhere. But he's right if you don't know what you are doing which it looks like you don't ask somebody close to you that knows what they are doing to help you because with the mistakes you have made it will be catastrophic when you try and start that motor

ESPECIALLY if you didnt line up those dots...or if you dropped those bolts into the engine by accident...Is your oil pan off or is it still on the block??

If you didnt line up the dots your timing will be WAY off and you will kiss your valves on the pistons...this will bend the valves, possibly damage the valve seals, damage your pistons, and possibly damage the block and/or heads...

If you dropped bolts into the engine you better have alot of extra cash laying around.

I suggest removing the oil pan (if you havent already), flushing the engine with oil to get any dirt/debris out, INSPECT the internals to make sure no bolts are wedged in there, and if you cant find the bolts go to your local GM dealer and ask for those specific bolts...Take your timing cover back off and make sure your dots on the sprockets are lined up correctly...if they arent, fix it before you take another step...

and yes the oil pan is off and before i start i am flushing my motor with about 5 quarts of oil and yes i have prelubed everything with assembly-oil and just incase, I also got breakin oil additive everything is basicly done, now its just the rockers, so greg... heres a personal message just to you, -----> Suck my motherfucking dick... as for the stud i haven't changed any studs so it must have come that way from the factory? anyways my 4.10's and nitrous are on the way, can you say hello mid 11sec quarters!!

no man, they are talking about the rockers(first pic posted). There is a flat part and a rounded part. Take the rocker off and look at it. Turn the middle part of the rocker the other way. You have it upside down bro. The flat side needs to be up on all of them. Damn, read some stuff before you tackle a project like this.

shoebox website has all the info you need man

So are you saying the stud was broken from the factory? We are talking about the rockers themselves the one that have the broken stud is not installed right thats way you broke it. All the flats for the rocker should be up. Also is it just me or is there alot of extra slack in that timing chain?
