No real secret. It's a matter of putting together a combination of the right parts and then installing them properly. Anyone on this forum could duplicate this car. The whole reason for running all the stock internals was to prove that it doesn't take a lot of high dollar engine modifications to go fast with an LT1.

7 secs on the stock cam, you gotta love it. It goes to show how attention to details add up. You should write a book on how you made that car so fast. Congratulations on a great job.

The car weighs 3030 with driver. It has stock seats, all panels, carpet, and headliner. Even the electric windows work!

Right, but it's still considered a tin can at that weight. That's a good 500 to 600lbs removed? With those heads, stock cam at full weight it'd probably do mid to high 12's the way it sits.

What transmission are you running in it? are you running a stock suspension or ladder bar setup? Great job guys!

Turbo Action TH-200 with 2.75 first gear and manual forward valve body.

JPT 8" converter. Footbraked to 3000 rpm.

Moser 12-bolt with 4.56 pro gear, aluminum spool and yoke, light weight axles, titanium studs. One quart of oil (track only).
