lol cameras can make them look different. Not to say that thing doesn't, it just shines like golden brown 21 year old women on the beach for the day playing in the salty waters here in Florida. Oh yea boating season has returned and so has the dirrty old man. lol

Jaycenk,
LOL !

Screamin Red Z,
Yes, the car has spent a bunch of time in the garage again Your right, I need to get it out on the street and produce some more kill stories

BTC,
I have 3.5" metal matrix (polished) drive-shaft. I think it weighs in the 6lb range (pretty light).

Ninja Ruken,
It took me 2 or 3 times with clay and tons of Zaino to get the paint to stand up like it is now. The trick is to make sure you clay the surface down to a velvet feel. Everything after that will reward your efforts

Bringing this up to the top in reference to another FAY2 watts link thread. I'm discussing settings in the other thread.

NICE Car, but if you are gonna spend all that money on a Watts link you need to put a bumpsteer kit in the front.

Again super nice car.

The Baer bump stop pic is an old photo (circa 2002), I had just screwed on the bump stop The entire suspension was setup on a digital alignment table and adjusted accordingly (in 2008). I will probably take it back to the suspension shop after I put the watts link on the car, just to recheck alignment and suspension settings as a whole.

PS: I want your motor

I'm kind of curious why you're putting in a watts link if you have poly lca's and the lca's in the lowest hole. Those 2 mods alone will kill the handling of the car.

I don't have any of my suspension setup that way now, but even if I did the results of the watts link will still be favorable over the pan hard bar. Not to mention, if I was serious about handling in that picture I definitely would not have a set of drag radials on the car. My suspension has changed numerous times for different types of driving (racing, handling, etc.) I would put spherical rod ends on the car, but I don't want the constant maintenance and noise. It still has to be a street car that I can live with everyday. Probably the most important reason for me putting on the watts link is to try it out and see if I like it

Just bringing this one up to the top. Finally going to finish the install on this unit. I'm actually in the middle of installing the watts link right now, will have some pics soon I'm going to have an adjustable BMR panhard (MPHR002) CHROME-Moly in RED available for sale in a couple of days. PM me if your interested. The unit is absolutely mint like everything that comes off this car. I would rate it a 9.5 out of 10 only because it has been installed

On a side note, I clayed the entire car again today and applied Z2 (zaino) and let it set for about 6 hours. I'm going to apply Z5 tonight and let it set for 8 hours. The paint just keeps getting deeper and deeper

No problem, just need to finish installing the passenger side mount and leveling the bars. It looks pretty sick. I'm very interested in seeing how this changes the attitude of the car. I might have a date with the cloverleafs on Sunday night to see how it handles
