cc503 is 224/230 .503/.510 (on 1.5 rockers) 112 LSA
it's not gonna cam as much as a cc306 but it's not exactly far off
here's a vid of my car when I had the cc503

i wouldnt run any one of those cams on a stock headed car. both will need heads gears and a 3200-3600 stall if your auto. you will need to rev the motor pretty good to get the power out of those cams. if you already have them in your possesion and absolutely need to put one of them in id run the first one.

They even show powerbands greater than 6300 so I have no idea why you are considering them. Keep in mind if a cam has a powerband up to 6400 you still need to rev it a couple/few hundred rpm beyond that for an optimal shiftpoint. You should look at a cam that has a mid 220's intake duration MAX with your 6300rpm limit.
With that said you could run either of those cams and keep the rpm's under 6300rpm but you will have a car that sounds badass yet gets its *** handed to it by cars with smaller cams that are setup properly. It's up to you but you would really be much better off with something smaller IMO.

You don't want to just do springs and lifters. You'll possibly want to do pushrods also, and definitely 1.6 rockers.
Think about this: You'd be basically gutting the heads completely. You might as well take the heads off (only another 2 dozen bolts or so) and get them ported locally. There's a guy in my area that will port a set of heads for $100.
With a cam and all new valvetrain, you're really limiting your potential for power gain by sticking with un-ported heads.

Haha and then another grand or some to send them to someone else to fix them and do it right.
To the OP if your dead set on stock heads and only spinning the motor to 6300 then you really should look for another cam and do not go with one of the ones you listed
