Default PCM problem

I sent my pcm to get it tuned at pcmforless with the intentions of getting my tranny problem fixed. It would shift all gears fine but really sluggish and especially at WOT. Just got my pcm back and now the car seems like as if it has a bad O2 checked with comp no codes come back and triple checked wires and plugs and are good. tranny still shifts really sluggish. Or did i over cam and need a bigger stall for the tranny problem. please help

Cam specs
234 238 dur
584 584 lift
111 lsa

stall swapped to a b&m 2400

your stall is small for that cam...

what gears do you have in the rearend? if you have a higher gear ratio, like a 2.73 or 3.42 combined with the stall converter will make your transmission shift sluggishly.

your converter might not be good.

with the cam you have, a 3000 to 3500 stall and a 3.73 gear is what you ought to be looking at with that cam.

3.23 gears and yes stock heads. so you all think to much cam for stock heads why was it running good though prior to the tune. i will try to get a bigger stall would a 2800 yank be good thats what it use to have

go to a 3600 stall. It will be the best thing you ever did. Dont even waste $ on a stall thats under 3200.

the stock heads are killing your power with that cam, stock heads just not gonna flow good enough for that cam to make the power that it would with a good set of heads is all..

actually i think your gear is killing you more than the converter , the 2800stall would be alot better than the 2400, but you need atleast a 3k stall and 3.73 gears..

if the 2800stall is loose it would be ok,

i think i would try some 3.73 gears first..

Just funny, that is all. I guess I need to go outside and let my heads know they are being choked.
