With longtubes you will need to extend the o2's

You will be fine running an open X-pipe.

Similar to what my setup was, except I was 2.5" and catted.

You know you really don't need 3" TD's unless you're going to be putting some serious power down right? If you're not, you are just sacrificing ground clearance.

For a 93, I would convert the O2 sensor to the heated one's.

I prefer these gaskets myself. My percy's and felpro's leaked but these sealed right up.

If you're not planning on over 500hp, I would just do 2.5" reducers and a 2.5" system, it will be plenty of flow.

Ive already ordered the 3" X pipe. I know it isn't necessary but im not worried about ground clearance, I already scrape on everything as is.

As long as it doesn't hurt anything

for some reason the last 3" setup I did I had to add a section to the pipes that go to the headers. For some reason the headers were wider then the x-pipe would go and still be able to tuck it up tight to the car. It was either a summit or jegs deal. Never had a problem with the 2.5" kits though.

+1. You will need 2-4" long 3"ID-OD adapters to extend the width of your universal X-pipe kit.

I have the Pacesetters as well and did a reducer down to 2.5" with header flanges and the thing is rock solid and sounds wicked at WOT with bolt-ons only.

I assume this is the part your both reffering to: http://www.lt1engine.com/tech/wp-con...16-540x405.jpg

I found these:

http://store.airflo.com/exhaust-adapters.html

a 3" to 3" will work?

Yes, but it has to be a 3"ID to 3"OD. Also, I didn't see any mention of collector flanges. That X-pipe kit will be 3"OD at the end of the X-pipe attaching to your header collectors along with your header collectors being 3"OD. I would suggest you get a couple sets of collector rings, gaskets and bolts or the other option would be a pair of 3" ID - ID adapters to slip fit over your collectors and the pipes going to your X. That would require a lot of band clamps though...

Yup the collectors are slip fit. So i will be going with the two 3" id to 3" id. and two 3" id to 3" od (4").

So all my parts are officially ordered, should have everything by Thursday.

Most of the parts are here today, with the race headers, will i need to buy block off plates for A.I.R EGR? Or is that cosmetic only?
