Car has been doing this for a while now. I wasn't sure what was going on cause it was getting hot when sitting and throwing an engine light. I checked coolant and its fine so I checked the fuses and the 10amp fuse for the coolant fan is blown, so I put another one in and within two days it blows again and sets the check engine light. Any ideas why this keeps blowing the fuse?

ok try this........unplug both the fans put a new fuse in and see if it blows.......if it blows then the fans arent shorted......if it doesn't blow one of you fans is shorted......
now if it does blow im willing to bet the relay shorted out on you....pull out the relay and put a multi meter from where terminal 30 on the relay plugs into the fuse box and measure resistance to ground.....if you have 0 ohms there is a short also you should have 12 volts here with the key on........im willing to bet its the relay thats bad though i seen that before

A shorted fan would blow a fusible link, not a fuse. The fuse is for the relay power-not the fan power.
I'll bet it's not even the fans. The fan fuse powers lots of things, including:
O2s
EGR and EVAP solenoids
reverse lockout and skip shift solenoids
If you have headers, I would bet on a burned and shorted O2 wire.
