Between your high temp and nonexistent oil pressure I would say you need to rebuild that motor. It may only be head gaskets as it is hard to tell if the oil pressure would be normal if it could hold an idle.
What exactly was going on before it started acting up. The events leading up to this failure may help us diagnose the problem. Is there coolant in the oil?

^ agree with the above posts. Definitely look in your oil see if there's any coolant in it. And the fuel pump for sure, especially since Alex is saying he had the same problem.
I also heard a sucking noise, you sure all the pipes and everything were connected right?

My oil pressure was low as well but after I changed my pump it was all perfect. But first check what the above post said. In my case it was the pump. Hope more people help you

I would agree with a possible headgasket, the running rough almost sounds like it could be hydraulicing, easiest way is to pull plugs and see if 1 of them is alot cleaner than the other, this would point out a bad head gasket and that the coolant is getting into one of the cylinders, something to try atleast??

You can have a blown head gasket without any oil in the coolant, or vis versa. Your head gasket could be blown between two, or possibly even three cylinders. I've seen that out come as a result of that before. Either way, sucks to hear and good luck with getting it back on the road.

To the op. If it came down to it and it was a full blown race car, of course it would be worth swapping out for an ls...just about anything. Seems how I'm going to guess its probably your every day car I'm going to say no.
