You should check to see if it's a 1LE car (factory leightweight car) Looks through the RPO codees in your glove box.

agreed. 1LE cars are somewhat rare and hard to come by

They are pretty poorly designed, my window will freeze when its in the garage in cold weather and the power lock actuator had to be replaced in my car already.

Do you realize how much wiring there is to the power windows/locks system? It would be a very expensive and lengthy undertaking.

I would love to have manual windows and door locks. Screw this power crap.

Couldve he just rip the wiring , switches etc out of a v6 car in a junk yard and use it? Then buy new motors? You could rig it up to a separate relay and make it work without tapping into the stock harness.

Sounds easy doesn't it?

You've also got to consider the internal door components, wiring, the ARMREST, switches, new door panel, running the wiring...and then some, and then some.

But by all means if you want to do it, please document it with pictures. I'd love to see it.

PLEASE, keep your manual windows. I'd trade you plus cash and do the whole swap for you. I'd much rather have non-power in a Camaro. If it's in my Caddy give me powa.

Op, you are better off getting the power doors off of another car and wiring it up...
