Like I said, the 227 is a torque cam, the goobers comparing it to the HOT cam are forgetting the HOT is a HP cam.
I am not saying the 227 is a bad choice, it is mild and proven will run well a LONG time before wearing out a spring like the 918.
People are also inflating your numbers because they put undo faith in Lloyd's magic.

The good(not Lloyd's) ported LT1 stock castings have been over 500rwhp on multiple cars even through automatic transmissions and 9". That does not mean every instance of their use is 450+rwhp.
But hell you are so stupid you can't spell something written right in front of you so I guess I am stupid for even trying to reason with you.
Here is a post about actual results with LE2s and the similar Lingenfelter 211/219 cam, the Lingenfelter actually has a bit more lift. http://camaroz28.com/forums/showpost...29&postcount=1
Show me an example to suggest I am wrong.

B&M = Break and Mangle.
The cheap converters create ALOT more heat and over time will eat a tranny as everyone knows heat is a trannies poison.
I would not use that cam if I was wanting 375 RWhp.

Funny when LE guys cry when AI tells it like it is, especially when they know nothing about either one.
I could care less about the cushy feeling Lloyd gives you guys on the phone or through email. I'm after REAL results, and that's all there is to it. It's a shame that 400whp is so commonplace for LT1s nowadays. So common it just isn't impressive anymore.
Once again Lawhead, you're quick to side with LE and bash AI when you have no real-world experience.

Are you actually so retarded you are sighting a Comp 306 example when the OP is asking about a Crane 227? You sighted a cam with 20 degrees more duration, I sighted one within 1 degree on the intake.
Just to be clear I am not saying the 227 is bad, it is mild and that is what the OP wants, that is fine so long as expectations are realistic which I think his NA expectations are but I don't think he will hit his goal on boost.

Will 20 degrees work out to a 83 whp difference? I don't know **** so I am looking for education not trying to bash. I know the M6 must be 20 or so HP right?
What will I need to do to I see a 12.2?
