Default Driving with no o2 sensors?

so time has run out and my o2 extensions are not here. I need to drive 2 1/2 hours through a mountain pass.
Is the car gonna get me from A to B Just on what the pcm knows? or am i up **** creek without those extensions?

Not a wise idea for a 2 1/2 hour trip. Maybe for a 5 minute run down the street, but not for 2 1/2 hours.

Ya I don't think I have much of an option. I could push the trip back a day but tracking says the extensions haven't even made it across the border so that wont work. Guess I'll have to try n get the rear o2's in the front bungs and re-pin the pcm Unless someone comes alot with another idea

You can live without the rear O2s, not the front. If you can repin them that's a good idea.

Do you have to re-pin the PCM or just the o2 connector?

the front two are 4 pin flat connectors and the rear two are 4 pin square connectors. while it may be possible to repin the rear harness to the front connectors i think its more difficult. plus im not sure how the order of the wires need to be changed going from the square to flat. I already have the list of pins on the pcm so just swap bank 1 front and back and bank 2 front and back. this will only be tempory if it does work. the limiting factor here is whether or not the harnesses for the rears will re-rout properly to the fronts

Won't it take longer for the sensors to heat up so far back? That and potentially give you off readings? ...I suppose it's better than nothing either way.

no the rear sensors will get mounted in the headers and temporarily be used as fronts. this is because the harness for the rear sensors is long enough it might reach the header bungs without needing extension. once i get my extensions, the front o2's will go back in the front bungs and i will repin the pcm back to stock. the rear o2 sensors will not be used at this point because im putting an ORY in.

Make sure you use good punctuation and complete sentences when talking with LSWHO so he can understand you completely.

And LSWHO, rear O2s are heated too, jackass.

Hey douchebag. That's why it was in question form. Illiterate pathetic bitter old man.

If you paid attention, I asked a different question about O2s just before it, clearly not me acting like I know. God damn your a POS today. Learn to read.
