Default Injector question

I bought a set of injectors and were told that they would work on my lt1. So I go to put them in an the clips on the fuel rail won't go on them and they don't seem to seat right in the intake. Here's a pic of the stocks (on the left) an my new ones (on the right). Are these goin to work?

I tried crossing those numbers you gave me but I hit zilcho! I suspect that the DES is a good indicator that they might be meant for diesel. That's purely a guess but its the best I can offer.

i mean as long as they are a high impedance 14.4 Ohm injector they will fire......who knows if the reach and the spray pattern will be right though....

I think as long as they are of the same impedance they will work. As displayed you just can't use clips which means before any pressure is put through the system to make sure the rail is bolted down and to bleed pressure out before taking rail off.
I've used 30lb injectors that came off a Super Coupe and had the same problem.

The clips are just to hold the injectors into the rail when the rail isn't bolted down. My injectors have been without those clips for 6 years.

Lightbulb

What do u guys think of replacement units for the stockers?
Without ecm tuning and stuff i dont see a stock engine needing more than stock poundage so if im 1995...that would be 24#s....stick with stock replacements or are the other brands a sure step up? What do u recommend....?

The ones I got came with a flow chart. I'll be selling my old ones not sure how many miles are on them but they are clean. PM if anyone is interested in them. I'll be selling alot of stock stuff too. As soon as I get done with everything I'll put it all in the classified.
