means there 3 degrees of advance ground into the cam, intake would install on a 106 centerline, exhaust on a 112

I understand it would have 3 advanced in it. But what would the advantages be? as apposed to a 228/236 on 110,

I'm thinking if going with LE's 226/232 .578/.574 110lsa
Or AI's 226/234 .569/.570 110 lsa

LOL yea it does, im also going to ask NASA to grab a small piece of the sun next time they are close so i can mount it in my engine bay, then maybe that black will hold more heat. I love this website!

Actually in theory painting the outside of the engine black and the inside of the lifter valley white will reflect the heat on the white and the black will absorb it from the inside of the engine and release it into the engine bay, this is why whenever people paint the area below the intake they use white. Again it's all theory, but every little bit helps

Color has absolutely nothing to do with convection or conduction, only radiation. Black will absorb all frequencies of light and convert it to heat (law of conservation of energy). Under your hood (and especially under the intake manifold) there isn't exactly a lot of the visible frequencies of light, not to mention how much visible light the black surfaces would have to be exposed to (I can't believe I'm trying to explain this).

This is fourth grade science class. There is no theory here. This is fact.
