Default when is rains it pours

so i knew my clutch was bad ordered one in no big deal. Had the old one pulled out today to find a leaking rear main seal and a leaking oil pan gasket

Welcome to the world of the LT1. Ive never had one that didnt leak some oil.

Can't be leaking bad if u never noticed any oil drops on the groud or have u

The oil pan shouldnt be bad with the transmission pulled out already. Ive pulled mine twice with the tranny in and it sucked.

i have only had the car about a month now didn't notice any spots but it would be hard to tell where i park at at home.

I have never seen an LT1 rear main seal actually leak, it is usually something else further up like intake to block china wall, the only time I have seen an oilpan gasket leak was a messy install, if so why was it messed with on this car you bought?

it may have been it had a cam put in at 87000 and rebuilt. runs like a champ just has a small drip

well got the new rear main done the new oil pan gasket new rear pinion seal new u joints and the new clutch. my car feels totally different now
