Exclamation heater issues need fixed soon!

My heater will not blow warm. It blows cold at all times. i can give several details but thats about it. When I go from hot to cold on the **** it blows harder on cold. Defrost is always cold... That's about it. Any suggestions? How do you bleed system properly? Could a hose be clogged? It's fetting cold fast here in missouri please help!

Heater core could be cloged or it could be the door that moves over for warm air. When you turn the **** do you hear the door switch over ?

I don't hear it but I can feel it. Turning the **** to warm is harder than turning to cold and it blows harder when its set on cold

You can un hook the heater lines going to the fire wall (passenger side) put a water hose to it and see if the water flow freely

Every time i turn hot and cold it seems to be cable driven to the blend door, u can go under the dash and find the warm spot on the plastic underside and open the blend door manually, and then prop it open.

I'm not 100% sure but it may turn by vacuum I'm sure someone else will chime in. It happen to me many years ago on my first 94 ZR28 but I had a shop fix it

If you listen to it you can hear it down by your feet in the center console. No taking the dash out

Put a new heater core in it. It is cheap and easy and almost always the problem.

Well the backflush went well. My car literally had diheria. But the heat works now. Only thing i can say is be careful of the opti. Mine got a little wet. Ran kinda funky for a minute and died once. It dried up now its running strong with heat. Thanks for the help!
