Cool how can i change governor

How can i change my governor on my 94 z 28 camaro its set at 110 i would like to move it up to 150..... thanks for the help

PCM limited. buy a tuner, or send out the PCM to someone

nope. send it to pcm for less or someone qualified. if you buy a tuner and start messign with stuff not knowing what it does, it gets real expensive real quick, and you wont have a engine to salvage anything from

You need more than a scanner, you need something to edit the pcm flash memory, a scanner only reads codes.

If you want to DIY your best bet is to buy the Tunercat software/cable. The cheapest route will be to remove your PCM and ship it to someone like pcmforless for programming.

You can't go 150 anywhere any how.. Take out the governor fuse/relay

That is next to the flux capacitor above the muffler bearing.

buying a cable and downloading tunerpro would be cheaper. but tunercats would work well too. and its what i use

I may be wrong but I thought the hypertech could take off the limiter. You could look into that option but a mail order tune would be 100x better.

tune........and then bolt ons and a cam so it wont take you 3 days to get to that speed lol

You have to wait for the 2012 elections, then vote for a new governor. Hopefully he will be one with 150mph limit.
