3/8" socket head cap screws really help with the fit. You can use a long ball tip allen wrench to get to most any angle. Fastenal or any fastener store will have them and the stainless are cheap. Be sure to use some anti-sieze.

Use this type allen wrench. I usually just cut off the "L" part and put the allen in a 5/16 socket. I have a real long allen socket that goes in at a pretty steep angle.

For the money though...those headers can't be beat. I've relocated my oil filter so it wouldn't be an issue. How does the plug clearance appear to be?

These were delivered today.

Quality actually looks better than expected. Really looking forward to putting them on, unfortunately they will have to wait until Spring...

Here are a couple pics for your viewing pleasure.

Also, I was planning on buying these...

little over 3/8 with the shoulder on them. I was actually worried they would be too small on the ends of the flange since they are slots and not holes. Worked fine and no issues so far, thought have only put about 100 miles on them. I torqued them again at 40 miles, and once it gets back from paint, I'll check them again.

Beat them with a BFH, that is the only way you'll get them into that dishwasher!

Where would you be without the internet?

Coffee on the keyboard....you owe me.

The wife must not have been home. Oh never mind. Stainless flatware, stainless pots and pans in the dishwasher, why not stainless headers.

If the flange on these headers is the same thickness as the Kooks that they're knocking off, I would strongly recommend using a 1" bolt.
