I miss my LT1
Ya keep it. I did not think i would miss it, but i do LOL. even after my LS1. I still want my 97 back more than anything. I buddy tried to talk me out of it, now i wish he did. Its looks like there are a lot of them for sale just need to pick one

recently picked up this anniversary Z and been going all out on it. suspension and motor building it up properly. all thats left is paint, new orange stripes and upholstery and that dreaded dash mat!

thanks man... heres 1 more pic. i was out for a spin when my alternator took a dump. hahaha... was able to pass cables on it and drive it home right before it died again.

i thought about getting rid of my z and getting a 98-02 ws6 i just love the way they look but something about my z just keeps me going, was also gonna throw an ls1 in it but decided since thats what everyone is doing these days im gonna take the road less traveled.....now i just need to get it back together.....
I love my LT1, only thing about LS1 i like is the SS spoiler. Ive had a few people trying to get me to get rid of mine, but they havent convinced me.

OP: lots of LT1's are pigs, and theres more than a fair amount of hate for them. But if you get a good one (which I believe I have) you definitely fall in love with them. LS1's are a dime a dozen anyways lol get a pointy nosed LT1 bird!

The CME exhaust is really growing on me. Is that genuine CME or a knockoff?
