The coil will be different, the small harness from the main harness to the opti is different (unless you convert to the 95 opti). As far as the wiring to the main harness under the dash I'm at a loss, I beleive the 94-95s are about identical there, the 96 up would be different and the 93 is an oddball.
The 95 will have wiring to the tranny (if auto) for TCC the 94 wiring to the tranny is differnt, there is a fix for this.

http://shbox.com/1/harness_connector_faces.htm check through the tabs at the bottom of the page, I think you will have to move a couple wires around.

awesome good to hear.
here is another thing im not certain about, the car needs a trans so now if i use a 95 pcm with the 94 wiring harness should i get a 95 4l60e or a 94?
from my research i found out that 94 and 95 4l60e have different shift solenoids. so if i use a 94 4l60e dont i have to run an extra wire from the 95 pcm?? or should i just use a 95 4l60e?

With a 95 harness, you can use either a 94 or 95 trans. No extra wiring with either trans.
With a 94 harness, you cannot use a 95 trans without having to run an extra wire for the PWM TCC solenoid (that 94s don't have).
IMHO, the harness that gives you the most options down the road is the 95.
