Yep. I have spent the last 2 years debating this, and if I kept it LT1 I would convert over to the 24x kit. By that point, I might as well go LS with it.

Motor is out and she is parked in her home for the next few months while all of the cleaning and painting take place. I even set a new record for myself today. Had the motor out and on the ground in 2 hours and 15 min.

I did some more smoothing work today. I am trying to decide on whether to hide my fuse box or not also.

With the crappy weather this weekend I decided to clean the fuse box and harness up. I'm planning on going to a new, smaller fuse box and re-locate it inside the car.
