Are you familiar with bobistheoilguy.com? If not you should join and post this over there as well, very interesting site. The chromium is not that high, sodium is intersting. Was your previous fill Mobil 1 5w30 high mileage as well?

In my experience Mobil 1 product line's additive pack does not have high levels of sodium in them typical levels are in the 6-12 ppm range across the weight range. But Valvoline product line typically has high to very high levels of sodium as part of there addative pack. I just did a quick search, Valvaline Max Life 5w30 has soduim levels in the 330 ppm range, just FYI.

I've been wanting to get my oil checked out... but i'm actually afraid of what it'll show lol

I think it was the same last change, and i think valvoline VR1 synthetic before that. I'm not really worried about a head gasket since my car runs cool and there's no sign of coolant going anywhere or anything like that.

Without getting technical let's just look at this on the surface of things.

You have a stock shortblock putting out what 200+hp more than GM delivered it with more than a 70% gain yet still basically hitting the universal averages. I would think about what Blackstone said about considering a compression check and watching coolant but overall I would be happy.

I am going to have this done for my first few oil changes after my build just to see what is going on in there as the engine settles into itself.

I only have ~2000 miles on my new block and I switched over to Penzoil 5w-30 Ultra. Much better oil pressure on the dummy guage than with Mobil 5w-30 synthetic. Is there a recommendation from Blackstone for when to send in your oil or just whatever mileage?

He said it was M1 5w-30 HIGH MILEAGE which is likely fairly different from regular M1.
More pressure doesn't necessarily mean anything anyway. Bearings need FLOW it is not oil pressure that keeps the crank off the bearings it is basically hydroplaning.

Far as when to send in a sample that depends on a several factors, use of the car being one if it is short tripped we all know the oil will be dirty faster, second would be are you looking to sample expensive oil partway through to see how long you can leave it in or are you sampling at drain time.

First thing to do is call blackstone lab and have them send you some sample bottles. It comes in a kit with everything you need to send it back to them. I personally do analysis for peordic check. A analysis will show a problem way before you ever "feel" or notice anything. For example you will see a head gasket problem in a sample way before the car ever gets hot. Not that the poster has one just for a example

I'm also not sure if its worth mentioning but I this is the oil I put in during a valve spring swap. And I'm curious if chromoly from my pushrods since I have guideplates would show up as chromium on their test.

Or even if it could have come from new springs????? I am no metallurgist, just a idea.

I had a ATF UOA done once and it was screwed up because the aftermarket cooler I had put on was new. Copper readings were sky high. That was $25 wasted.
